Definitions
1 General
1.1 These Privacy terms describe how the Responsible Party processes the personal data of its Users.
1.2 The personal data processed by the Responsible Party are name, (email) address and telephone number.
2 Collection and use of personal data
2.1 The Responsible Party collects personal data of a User when the User has provided these personal data to the Responsible Party via the Website [for example by contacting with a request for information about the services or products of the Responsible Party, placing an order with the Responsible Party, or by signing up for the Responsible Party’s newsletter].
2.2 The Responsible Party uses these personal data for the purpose for which the User provided the personal data to the Responsible Party:

7.1 The Responsible Party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the personal data of Users against loss or unlawful processing, including SSL security on its website.

8.1 The Responsible Party reserves the right to adjust these Privacy terms. Any adjustment will be announced on this page. The Responsible Party therefore advises the User to check this page regularly to see if any adjustments have been made.
